Papua New Guinea SCHOOL PROJECT — PG.SC
Tasting notes:
POMELO, NUTMEG, CHOCOLATE, TOBACCO
More about coffee:
In our search for a strong, rich, and flavorful coffee, we discovered beans grown in the Simbu region of Papua New Guinea. The company that produces this coffee, Kongo Coffee Ltd., donates a portion of its profits to support the Jerry Kapka School, thereby contributing to the education of the local community.
This is the only coffee we allow ourselves to roast significantly darker than usual. We believe that this is how SCHOOL PROJECT beans show their true potential . Our noses are delighted with the bitter bouquet of pomelo peel, nutmeg, cloves, dark chocolate, nutmeg, tobacco.
Yes, this is the bitterest note in our coffee. By the way, we often compare this coffee to low-frequency sounds, which we really miss in every full-fledged musical composition.
