Sustainability

Drop by drop, we are trying to be friendlier to the environment around us.
However, when talking about sustainability, we want to remain conscious, not fanatical.

In our bar dedicated to slow coffee culture, we have abandoned disposable items such as paper cups, napkins or even filters. We use only reusable filters for coffee. We use natural linen , steel and cotton filters depending on the coffee tool you choose. If you are in a hurry and don't have time to sit down and enjoy our slow coffee rituals - we invite you to bring your own reusable cups.

Our main packaging (200g and 1kg) is made of two clear materials - recycled paper and delicate and lightweight plastic produced in a zero-CO2 factory. With many of our regular partners and customers, we use the same packaging until it tears or otherwise becomes unusable. We have been using some of these packaging for several years.

We encourage all our customers who purchase beans to bring their own containers. We will be happy to transfer the contents of our coffee packages into your bags, jars, or other types of containers.
