A bright Brazilian dessert. For adults. Modern-working owners of CAPADÓCIA farm, Augusto Borges Ferreira and his wife Patricia Fernanda Silveira, come from families of coffee growers of several generations. So, it is natural that when growing coffee, they are guided not only by many years of experience, but also by the desire to progress.

The unique arara subspecies will only further enhance the complexity of this Brazilian coffee. Arara is a still fairly fresh subspecies of coffea arabica , derived from the crossing of the yellow catuai and oabatã subspecies and resulting in large yellowish berries. The new coffee trees are not only characterized by better resistance and more stable yields, but also reward coffee lovers with sweeter, brighter notes in the cup. So, we believe that this coffee will be enjoyed not only by fans of Brazilian coffee, but also by those who want a very delicate cup of dark drink.
