Decaf coffee can be great. These DECAF beans are from the Guji region of Ethiopia . A smooth, fragrant and extremely expressive decaffeinated coffee with floral and berry flavors, cultivated by Haile Gebre, also known as the “Godfather of Guji Coffee.” Haile has over two decades of experience in coffee farming and pays special attention not only to the plants, but also to the entire farming community.

Coffee beans harvested in Ethiopia first travel to the SWISS WATER DECAF center in Vancouver. Here, the beans are soaked in clean, fresh water to gently remove the caffeine. No chemicals are used in the Swiss Water® process. You can read more about this coffee here .
